About Grosse Pointe Apartments and Property Management

Grosse Pointe Apartments and Property Management is an apartment agency serving renters in Grosse Pointe, MI, with operations dating to 2006. Listed in the real estate agent category, the business describes its apartment-search service as free to tenants. Its stated approach is to have a leasing specialist select current availabilities based on a renter’s requirements, with options spanning affordable, midrange and higher-budget apartments.

The agency describes a one-day search process organized through a single appointment, during which a leasing specialist personally shows a dozen available units. That format centers the service on matching requirements and coordinating viewings rather than leaving renters to arrange each showing separately. The listed office address is 18640 Mack Ave, #36008, and wheelchair-accessible parking is available. Its Google listing has a 3.5-star rating from 29 reviews.
